Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the conditions for subscribing to and paying for the paid plans of the Intrigo Service. They supplement the Terms of Use.

Article 2 — Plans and Pricing

2.1 — Plan descriptions

Full details of plans and their limitations are available on the Service's pricing page.

2.2 — Price changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify its pricing. Any price change will be communicated to the User by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.

For current subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription: the new price applies at the next renewal after the notice period;
• Annual subscription: the price in effect at the time of subscription is guaranteed until the end of the current annual period.

Users who do not accept the new price may cancel their subscription before the change takes effect.

Article 3 — Subscription

3.1 — Subscription process

Subscription to a paid plan is completed online through the Service. The User selects their plan, enters their billing information and proceeds with payment.

The subscription is effective upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the User.

3.2 — Promotional codes

The Publisher may offer promotional codes providing discounts or extended trial periods. These codes are subject to specific conditions (validity period, single use, etc.) communicated at the time of distribution.

Article 4 — Payment

4.1 — Payment methods

Payment is made by credit card through the Stripe secure payment platform. The Publisher does not store any banking data. Payment processing is entirely delegated to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.

4.2 — Invoicing

An invoice is automatically issued for each payment and made available to the User in their personal space and by email.

In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (subject to changes in the Publisher's tax status).

4.3 — Payment failure

In case of payment failure (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), the Publisher informs the User and makes further attempts for fourteen (14) days. After this period, the subscription is suspended. The User's Content is retained for an additional ninety (90) days, during which the User may regularize their situation or export their Content. Beyond this period, the Account may be closed.

Article 5 — Duration and Renewal

5.1 — Duration

The subscription is taken for the duration chosen by the User (monthly or annual).

5.2 — Automatic renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled by the User. A reminder email is sent to the User seven (7) days before each renewal.

Article 6 — Cancellation

6.1 — Cancellation by the User

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from the Service settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (monthly or annual). The User retains access to the Service until that date.

6.2 — No pro-rata refund

Unless otherwise required by law, no pro-rata refund of the remaining period is made in case of early cancellation.

6.3 — After cancellation

At the end of the paid period, the User's Account is switched to the Discovery plan (free). If the User's Content exceeds the Discovery plan limits, it is kept in read-only mode for ninety (90) days, during which the User may export their data or renew their subscription.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

7.1 — Principle

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, consumer Users have fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty.

7.2 — Waiver

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, if the User wishes to access the Service immediately, they make an express request and acknowledge waiving their right of withdrawal. This waiver is collected via a checkbox during subscription:

"I wish to access the Service immediately and expressly acknowledge that I waive my 14-day withdrawal right."

7.3 — Exercising the right of withdrawal

In the absence of a waiver, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending their request to contact@intrigo.studio. The refund is made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used at the time of subscription.
